Renewable energy centre doubles its laboratory space

The renewable energy research centre has doubled its laboratory footprint, adding a hydrogen storage bay and a second solar simulator that can run accelerated degradation testing around the clock.

The expansion was funded jointly by a national research grant and the college own capital budget, and it makes room for six additional graduate researchers.
